I need to load Mirror disk on some of my servers but i dont have the original copy of the OS that was loaded. Is there a correct way to load a new version of LVM and then load Mirror Disk and not have my LV get corrupt?
HP-UX 11vi3 on a bl860

You don't need the original installation disc, a newer copy will work too.
Depending on the OS version it could be already included.
Hope this helps!

when i try to load mirror disk it loads reboots, and the LUN'S from storage arent not mounted and wont mounted, it says that it cant identify the LVM structure? do i need to upgrade LVM also? and if so what else do i need to upgrade?

I assume that these LUNs mounted properly during a reboot in the past?
Try to mount one of them manually and record the error mesage and post it here.
Also, post a copy of your /etc/fstab file.
