Analyst report on returns of automating IT processes with HP Operations Orchestration

Check out this ROI study conducted by IDC for a global insurance provider using HP Operations Orchestration.

199iF58098A638C2F9D5Here’s the short version: With HP Operations Orchestration driving process automation in the data center, the company increased the number of servers it could test on a daily basis from 12% to 100%. Repair time is faster, too. Before, it took three hours or longer. Today, the IT team can often resolve problems in less than five minutes.

Without the HP solution, the company would have to hire additional staff and outsource IT assessment work.

So what’s the bottom line? According to IDC, HP Operations Orchestration will deliver an impressive three-year return of 256%.
