HP DDMI 7.60 Issue with update HPED 00650

Since applying HPED_00650 SCAN files are not being processed. The incoming folder is filling up with scan files, but they are not being processed.  errorf.log file shows with error RSA server certificate ComonName servername.domain.com does not match server name. Is this related to the Versign Root certificate issue ?

In process of checking DNS but saw Versign Note in update doc.

Best you can do is uninstall / remove the update... and open a ticket with support.

 

Also, you are on an -ancient- version of DDMI.  You should look into upgrading a few verisons!
