Two new, midsized Service Manager case studies worth checking out

VNG Corporation, a major Vietnamese internet company, is now using Service Manager across multiple ITSM processes. One of the key benefits for VNG was improved communication between IT teams and subsequent better service delivery and service level reporting. The full case study is available on-line.

 

The other new case study is from Teknosa, a technology retailer in Turkey. Using HP Service Manager enabled Teknosa to gain better control of their ITSM processes. One notable improvement has been Average IT problem resolution times have been reduced by 63 per cent. Other improvements have been improved visibility of trouble ticket tracking leading to reduction in duplicate tickets. Overall service level delivery and reporting has also improved.
