Will a recording of this session be available?

A recording is now available - the most direct link to the Vivit web site is http://www.vivit-worldwide.org/members/group_content_view.asp?group=79941&id=161849

For anyone who attended or tried to attend and couldn't get through, Vivit uses the Citrix gotowebinars platform. And ... they had some type of global problem on the morning of the event. One of the presenters (Pat DeMartine) couldn't get on the line until half way through the live event. Talk about embarrassing. So, we re-recorded the first ~20-25 minutes of the sessions for the link above.

There will be a follow-up Vivit Service Management SIG event given the interest and questions we received in this event. This is scheduled for Nov 8th and more details will be forthcoming soon.
