Let HP Service Manager do the work for you (with a little help from HP Operations Orchestration)

The HP Service Manager (SM) team is pleased to announce the release of the SM content pack for HP Operations Orchestration (OO). This content provides the capability to automate SM operations in the OO flows. The SM operations cover Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management. Some examples of OO automation for SM include the ability to create a change ticket, update the ticket, and approve it.


This content is available for OO 9.0 and integrates with SM 9.20, 7.1x, and SM 7.0x.
