Are you ready? 3 reasons to register for the HP Software Customer Forum in Vienna

Here is why I think, you should not miss the HP Software EMEA Customer Forum for IT Service & Portfolio Management (SPM) Sep 10-11 in Vienna, Aus...

There are many reasons why you need to register and attend the event. The top three reasons from my perspective are:

  • First, the sheer number of customer presentations, all plain-talking about real-world scenarios.
  • Second, the opportunities events like this provide , like networking and follow-up discussions that often last far beyond the pure customer forum week.
  • Third, the opportunity to meet with HP Representatives, HP Executives and HP Partners to get any questions answered.

Reason #1: More than 15 informative and inspiring presentations and speakers

Here is a summary of the agenda:

  • Everything connected under HP Executive Scorecard – Okan Karadağ, TTNET
  • Service and portfolio management case study: Migros - Attila Övündür, Migros
  • Successfully upgrading to HP Service Manager – Russian Railways
  • Project & Portfolio management at Barclays Bank - Rinu Mathew, Barclays Bank
  • License compliance and optimization with HP Software Asset Management – Julien Kuijper, SAP
  • HP Service Manager at  Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Mamoun AlHomssey, ADIB
  • Managing projects & demands Of Anadolu Insurance Company with HP PPM - Hakan Diler, Anadolu Sigorta
  • ITSM in the cloud – An HP Service Anywhere case study – CFD

Reason #2: Get the why, the how and the what of real-world SPM use stories

The presentations listed above get you the real thing, no fluffy talk, presented by customers for customers. You won’t get this anywhere else:

  • Presentations cover HP products like HP Service Manager, HP Service Anywhere, HP Asset Manager, HP Project & Portfolio Management, HP Universal CMDB, HP Universal Discovery, HP Adoption Readiness Tool (ART) and others
  • Customer forum attendees receive copies of the presentations after the event
  • Speakers provide information on business objectives and drivers, IT strategy and initiatives, solution approach and implementation, a summary of results including ROI, values and benefits achieved and lessons learned.
  • Presentations and breaks provide enough time to continue the discussions

Reason #3: Get the latest and greatest on HP Service & Portfolio Management solutions

from HP, and connect with HP Partners and HP customers:

  • Strategy and direction presentation: Enabling the new style of IT - HP IT Service and Portfolio Management
  • Meet HP Representatives and Executives from Product Management, R&D, Product Marketing, Consulting, Support & Services
  • Meet HP Partnersforum.png

So, do not forget to register. There are only two weeks left. To register, visit the HP SPM Customer Forum website.

This is always a first class event - and  a great opportunity for customers to connect with their industry  peers in the region and the HP product team.   If you are in EMEA, and can find the time to attend, you'll be glad that you did so.

@Michael - I'm looking forward to seeing you in Vienna (although not looking forward to the flight from Denver).
