Print error

Hi Experts..,

 

If i try to click ctrl P and print preview a page i am getting below error

 

Crystal error: Failed to open the connection.
tmp09208015584.tmp

 

 

i have installed crystal Software_SAP_BO_Enterprise_For_HP_Asset_Manager_T9501-15057 and Software_SAP_Crystal_Rep_Designer_For_HP_Asset_Manager_T9501-15056

I am using AM 9.40 version build 10487 .





My requirement is to print the request raised invoices created for the request in procurement .

Hi Experts..,

 

Kindly let me know if i need to create new reports for the print to work properly , will there not be any OOB reports available .

 

I have installed Software_SAP_Crystal_Rep_Designer_For_HP_Asset_Manager_T9501-15056 and Software_SAP_BO_Enterprise_For_HP_Asset_Manager_T9501-15057 ... I have only imported line of business data while installing HP AM .

 

Please do let me know if i missed  any thing .

Please find the error screenshots , I had installed Software_SAP_Crystal_Rep_Designer_For_HP_Asset_Manager_T9501-15056 and Software_SAP_BO_Enterprise_For_HP_Asset_Manager_T9501-15057 using manual instead unattended installation .

You could be missing quite a bit since you have installed business objects and crystal and don't even have a crucial calculated field in AM (see your attached third error screenshot).  How much is missing is unknown as you have not followed the installation completely.  You need to step through Chapter 4 "SAP Crystal Reports" under Advanced Use pdf guide which can be found under Docs folder of AM installation directory.

I added the crystal report url in action>edit url and did a repair of AM , now i am able to access reports and print .
