I have HP Pavilion Entertainment PC (Notebook) dv6921ea, OS Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit, I am getting an error message as 'The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)- location is PCI bus 7, device 5, function 3.
When I try to reinstall the driver, I am unable to do so. Kindly advice

Are you sure that the product number you supplied is correct? I'm attempting to pull up the driver's page for it and I'm not having much luck.

Anywho, searching for your Hardward ID shows that it's a 5-in-1 card reader that needs to be installed. Either go through your Recovery Manager and attempt to install the drivers from there, or you can find your driver page through HP and snag them there.
