VPN on IpaQ 3870

I've got a Compaq IpaQ 3870 with a bluetooth connection to my Sony/Ericson mobile. I'm trying to get a vpn connection with my Freeswan VPN server wich runs on a Redhat machine. The problem is that when I install softremotePDA
software its telling me that it hasn't got sufficient memory to load bluetooth. Before when I tried to make a VPN connection with the standard tools it makes the connection, but when I'm connected it immidiately breaks the connection. Can anyone help me??

Re: VPN on IpaQ 3870

G'day There,

Try updating the firmware in your 3870 (there's EUU 3 out now) - I know that the update sorts out a lot of Bluetooth manager issues I say in the shipped 3870 firmware...

If you don't feel game to update the firmware, you can download the new Bluetooth manager from the Compaq website...

Hope that helps.
