The second release of the HP Support Center Mobile App for iOS platforms was released - You can now download it from the App Store or via your mobile device. Follow the link for details.
What's New in Version 2.0
The second release of the HP Support Center Mobile App includes the following changes:
- New User interface
- Localized UI
Services and content are now available in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Japanese
- Improved Device Management
Commercial Products registered are now saved into categories for a quicker identification.
HP Home and Home Office Products can be saved into the list of devices creating a personalized entry point to their products for HP customers
- Expanded Self-Solve features
New Search Capability
Search for particular issues in the HP Commercial Support Database
Search automatically corrects queries.
Search can be expanded to the whole support knowledge base.
Access to HP Enterprise Business Forums for certain products.
Product Contextual Forums – Upon specific products selection the customer is redirected to the Mobile Forums Thread.
* Forums are available in English and APJ Languages and will only be presented when accessing with these languages.
Access English solutions quickly when the App is set to another language through “Browse Solutions”.
Documents can be added to a favorite list for easy retrieval.
- Expanded Assisted Services
Assisted Services extended to all regions.
Routing based on Language / Country Selection
Can document issues by attaching photos and videos to chats and phone support cases.
Phone support Logging returns region appropriate phone number and availability.
