There are few things I find as useful as catching up live with customers. As a wise man once said ‘Sunlight is the best disinfectant’ and there is nothing quite like undiluted customer feedback to concentrate the mind. So, if our schedules allow, it would be great to meet you next week at HP Discover Vienna. I have opened my diary to the event co-ordination team and in addition, this blog provides an opportunity for customers to book my time directly (via the Comments section).

So let’s get together, establish your expectations, discuss if we are falling short or (much better) meeting those expectations today and even better still, plan exactly how we can exceed your expectations in the near future.

Thanks for the feedback from those of you I met at Technology Services World in Las Vegas last month, a packed agenda of presentations, networking breakfasts and dinners. This was the first TSIA event since we announced our accreditation and I will be taking my latest learnings directly from this event, which covers all sectors from industrial automation to healthcare, into a team meeting with my staff which will conclude the Software Support’s leadership planning for HP’s next financial year starting on 1^stNovember.

November has seen  me head to Southern Europe to bring the latest elements of our Exceed Expectations campaign to our EMEA teams, and then to the US to bring this message back to the Americas team and I will take it over to Singapore in early December. My colleagues and I use these events to share best practices, process learnings and customer success stories, so feel free to reach out via the Comments section below if you want me to share your experiences directly with the HP teams who support you.
