Update: Software Support Portfolio Revamp

Update: Software Support Portfolio Revamp

Old Support Products being removed May 1st, 2014

Back in February 1st 2013, HP Software announced the introduction of a new portfolio of Enterprise Support services. As part of this revamp we changed service names and service products numbers for our core support offerings:

  • HM610Ax: HP Software Enterprise Standard Support replaced HA107Ax: HP Software 24x7 Support
  • HM611Ax: HP Software Enterprise Basic Support replaced HA106Ax: HP Software Support

For a recap of these Support Portfolio changes go to the SW Partner Portal Home page and click on:· Products A-Z > Software Services > Learn More About HP Software Support Sales

On May 1st, 2014 we will be removing the support bands of these old support products (HA106 and HA107) from the upfront ordering systems. We will be doing this for the product areas identified below. Please note this does not affect the support renewal processes, which will continue to migrate support contracts from the old support products to the new support products at renewals time.

Product Areas impacted May 1st

  • Business Service Management (BSM)
  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Automation and Cloud Management
  • Service and Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Vertica

Please note we will be doing this for the remaining HP Software products in the next few months.
