Partner order management - great results!

When I started off in my job as channel operations manager across Europe  over 3 years ago, we had lots of challenges on process adaption with you, our software partners. Many weren’t using the standard tool, Sales Builder for Windows and did not provide the necessary documentation at order entry point. Luckily this is the past. Today we have an instant bookable order rate of over 80%, we book 94% of all your orders the same day and the Sales builder for windows adaption sits at 93%. Well, thank you very much. Five stars for that.

And do you like to know, how we can improve even more? For instance: ensure the latest pricing updates are made in Sales Builder application and that you refer to quotes not older than 7days. Also, you can run the configuration check (CLIC). If you send your SBW.sdd file to CLIC.COUNTRY@hp.com (BENE, GER, FRA, UK, ITA, NORD, POR, SPA, CHAU); you receive a response within 2 hours. Further make sure you got the correct OPG number and that this matches with the PO number. … and don’t forget the correct end customer details, in particular the e-mail address where to deliver the license to.

Yes, you know, we operations folks can go on a bit. If you have tips to share, why don’t you ping me: astrid.mehrtens-haupt@hp.com
