Important news: Old Support Products being removed August 1st, 2014

In February 1st 2013, HP Software announced the introduction of a new portfolio of Enterprise Support services. As part of this revamp we changed service names and service products numbers for our core support offerings.

 

HP Software Support(HA106Ax) and HP Software 24x7 Support(HA107Ax) were replaced by HP Software Enterprise Basic Support(HM611Ax) and HP Software Enterprise Standard Support(HM610Ax).

On August 1st, 2014 we will be removing the support bands of these old support products (HA106 and HA107) from the upfront ordering systems. We will be doing this for the product areas identified below. Please note this does not affect the support renewal processes, which will continue to migrate support contracts from the old support products to the new support products at renewals time.

 

Product areas impacted August 1st - Storage Essentials, IM Protect, IM Preserve, IM Prevent, Fortify, TippingPoint
