Our focus:

 

The EMEA customer reference team has recently launched the customer reference program for partners, specifically designed to enable HP partners to build and share their end-customer’s success stories.

 

The program is focused on the development of customer case studies, video clips, story briefs and e-stories (all funded by HP), and a dedicated member of the reference team is on hand to manage the process every step of the way.

 

Why reference?

 

Customer referencing can help the partner and customer both increase their company profiles by sharing their success stories through a reference asset and these assets can be used to increase sales and support marketing efforts.    

 

A customer success story, be it a case study, video clip or e-story, can be presented to prospective customers or at special events; used in marketing campaigns or through social media; and can be shared easily  (e-stories are available via tablets or smartphones).
