How does Softpaq Download Manager download updates from HP? I used to be able to download using SDM, but now I am not able to and I feel that this may be a firewall issue.
When you get a moment, please let me know.

SDM downloads catalog and updates to itself using the FTP protocol by default and HTTP optionally. For more information, please login to this forum and read the forum posts with the word FAQ in them.
If SDM is displaying an warning or error such as "Unable to download Product Catalog", please disregard it, exit SDM and re-launch it. The warning/error should not show up. If you are having some other problem, please submit an SDM log by selecting Help from the main menu and then selecting "Provide Feedback to HP".

Today i started SDM and i need to do a update to version 18.104.22.168.
When i want to download a driver i get the message:
"there is a problem with downloading" Do you want to try it again. When no i get the message " One selected file do not exists. Do you want to sent HP an E-mail?
Do anybody now if there is something changed with this new version?

I have the latest version. When i want to download a package tou see that the package puts in the downloaded softpaq's and than i disapears. Then the message coms popping up.
I did a deinstall and an reinstall and it stil don't work.
I am using this software at my work and we are using a proxyserver. It always works but afther installing the latest version of sdm i get this messages.

The first thing that SDM is make sure it is running the latest version, so installing an earlier version will not serve any purpose. Please launch SDM duplicate the steps that are producing a problem and send an email to the SDM Support Team from the SDM main menu (Help - Provide Feedback to HP) from that failing SDM session.
