Re: sm7.11-from where to populate

go to Menu Navigation / Configuration Management / Search CIs
Choose type "Business Service"
Click NEW
complete the form with required fields
Click ADD
click OK

you will find this info also in online Help. Search for "Business service" and you will find the entry "Add a business services CI record".

Re: sm7.11-from where to populate

Menu Navigation / Configuration Management / Resources / Device types

But again, you should read the online Help, Chapter Configuration Management / Configuration Management Tables to get familiar with the Concept of CI-tables, Device types and Jointables.
