Hi,

This message is regarding SM mails(a kind of messages in SM) , as SM provides this utility and background scheduler check the mails ever 15 minutes OOB and display message accordingly. Usually these mails are generated by notification using the Notify method "Mail".

To check same,
Menu navigation - >ServiceManager Mail

Re: mail waiting

Hello!

I have a question about importing CI-data into CMDB.

Where do I find the import button and how do I set the right sequence of data due to the form?

Thanks for your answer!

Best regards,

Re: mail waiting

Since it is different question, better open new thread.
And to import you need to configure,
import descriptor
FC ,if required
txt/csv file

search the forum for the same.
