I want to enable the externalization and localization of statuses and codes, Boolean values, ticket status, category, etc. and Provide localized global lists support so that depending upon the language chosen while logging, these lists should appear in corresponding language.
I heard of Record Tag Localization Utility for SM 9. Is there any equivalent in SM 7.11? how do we do it in SM 7.11.

Please let me know which variable will help me to determine which language user has selected.What all things I need to take care when implementing multi language support.
