last.login field in Security tab in Operator record

Hi All

 

In operator record  there is a field last.login, can some tell me how is this field calculated, and time stamped .

 

We have an issue that for certain kind of users last.login field is not getting populated .. Please advice how and where is the field calculated ..

Hello,

 

 do you use trusted sign-on or LDAP?

There are two known issue which are very related to your issue, i think it will be helpful to check them:

Operator field last.login field does not updated when user login with trusted sign-on.
