Hi. We have a user that started built a view/dashboard that exports to a text file every five minutes.. He wants to turn it off, but I can't see where to turn it off, let alone find the schedule... There is no Schedule record for this export. How do I stop this export?

Is this for HP Service Manager or HP Service Desk? If Service Desk, it is in the wrong forum.
If for HPSM, there is no OOB functionality to schedule a view to automatically execute and export a view, so it would have been completely custom-tailored. You'd have to provide details on the related tailoring in order for anyone to be able to assist.

This is for SM 9.31.
Actually you can do this out of the box. Do any search, then in the more button of a record detail, select Export/Unload. You go to the unload screen and at the top is a button called "Schedule". If you click that, you can build a schedule that will export the results of your view at the interval you set up. But I can't see how to turn it off.

Oh, wait, really I should just check.
When you schedule it, it creates a schedule record starting a name of with "file unload for [tablename]" and a class of "report".
So if he was searching incidents, the schedule record would be "file unload for probsummary".

Sorry for not getting back about this. I was pulled into a project of high importance.
Anyway, I found the record and I was wondering, if I just remove the schedule record, will that stop the unloads? Is there more I need to do?
