I am facing an issue with web client after upgrading it to 9.32.0016. Whenever a search is performed (Eg:Search Incidents0 the screen freezes and a red cross button appears at the top. I have not faced an issue like this before and its very strange. I am attching the screenshot here for reference.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Are you using web services or tomcat? Can you attach the web client logs?

I am not sure of the IE version you are using but it might not be supported with 9.32. Please check the compatibility matrix as well.
Also, are you pressing a "Search" button or pressing on "Enter" key?
Does this only happen with the web client?

Hi Piku checked the log file, this occurred only when I logged in with one user to the server. Guess some security settings needs to be changed for that particular user in the server.
Hi patrik IE9 was used, it is compatible.
I tried both . yes only with web client for one OS login account.

check what is your query and is that query return too much records for that particular user.
