Hey, this comes up all the time on here, and HP just added a solution on Self-Service Knowledge.
The document describes the steps that should be followed in order to post a link to the attachments that are present in an interaction to the related incident. This way the attachments need not be copied from the interaction to the related incident. An operator will be able to see the attachments present in the interaction from the related incident.

Thanks John, nice solution. This really is a frequently asked feature. Got to inspect this closer, even our implementation is different.
Do you know will HP join this implementation into OOB product line (in future) or is this "just" a separate, non-supported feature?
I skip the thread every time 1) word "urgent" is used or 2) an old thread has been hijacked.

I don't have any information on HP product plans. However, the new Process Designer Content Pack 4 forms for SD/IM/PM do not include this element.
Because HP provided the detailed instructions and the script to enable the functionality, I doubt it would be considered a "non-supported feature".

I am getting error while uploading the script, it is saying "invalid Service Manager unload format", please advise how to add the unload script.

Feels that properties for HTML viewer is not fully generated in Sm7.03 and enhance in late version as can not see last 4 properties.
