Special thanks to -m- for adding the valued information for that. I completely forgot that I have added triggers to activate audit for the changes, tasks and other objects. I was doing configuration based on contacts audit(if I am not mistaken it was OOB audit ) which had trigger for its activation and I just added new trigger records for each table on which I was running audit to invoke Application - trigger.invoke.auditor.

Oh and view Audit History saves development audit data (you can guess that from tab name of that form).
So it generates records when you have development audit switched on and saves data like below

No. I did not add any trigger for that. It is activated in Turn audit on/off => Development audit checkbox (think it is very close translation of menu from Russian)

It is development audit. Deleting CI is not the thing which will be recorded there. Change something in format control. format, link or similiar place.
Auditing of the deleted CI is normal audit on the device table.

Yes right...so to achieve this normal audit i set up a record for 'device' in audit specs and also a trigger with type "6-after delete' but still its not tracked!!!
