We are facing an issue that from the request service catalog we are unable to search few of the items and categories. I have checked but unable to find any difference in the items and categories which are searchable and which are not.
Your usual help needed to solve this issue.

can you post a screenshot of searchable and not searchable item?
Also check if there are no settings on availability tab of that items.

Thanks for your resply. I am attaching 2 screens shots where you can see i am trying to search "visiting". Item name is visiting card request which is available in the catalog and you can also see it in most popular requests but when i try to find it by search box. It does not come with any results.

have you tryed to search for Visiting. If I am correct it must be case sensitive. And you must print the whole word. For example Visit wont work.

I have also tried "Visiting" but it is unable to search it, i dont thing it is case sensitive but anyway i have tried the exact phrase but it cant search it. For other items if i search any keyword which is written in the description of the item, it successfully searches that but dont know why it cant search few of them.

I added new tem in my test evironment and system was not searching for it as well. Actually it stopped to search for anything. . .
