Service manager logs out during approval

Hi All,

 

Service manager logs out at the time of approval , when any user try to mass approve or approve the request , it logs them off from service mnager , We are curently running n SM9.30

Hi,can you attach the screenshots.

 

I see below might be hte cause for issue

 

1.tickets were deleted, bbut the related approval activities for the deleted ticket remained.

2.Special characters might be added in teh approval record.

check you sm.log file for same.and what type of error you are getting ? SOAP errors?

TO be specific the approval itself is slow and SM logs out at the time of Mass approval.
