Service Request Catalog 1.30 - SSO Integration

Hello,

I need some help for Service Request Catalog 1.30 SSO Integration. Anyone have documentation about this? I did several SSO integrations with HP Service Manager and Web Client, using Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP but I'm having some problems with SRC.

I have a Interactive Guide but only for 1.40 version.

Thank you.

Hi,

You could download the patch 1 or 2 of SRC 1.3 which comes with the interactive guide for that version.

Hello Luis,

Thank you for that tip.

Tell me one thing, right now, the integration between HP Service Manager and Web Client is completed. I am reading this Interactive Guide and I have one doubt: Do I need to generate certificates again?

For the SSO Integration between HPSM and Web Client I copied the cacerts file to the RUN folder, do I need to overwrite this file or can I use the same certificates for the SSO Integration between HPSM and SRC?

Currently, I have this files:

Certs

-   cacerts

-   clientpubket.cert

-   mycacert.pem

-   mycacert.srl

-   scclientcert.pem

-   smservercert.pem

-   trustedclients.keystore

Crs

-   clientcert_requet.crs

-   servercert_request.crs

Key

-   cakey.pem

-   server.keystore

-   +MACHINE.DOMAIN+.keystore

Thiago,

You should generate a separate certificate for SRC.
