Service Manager is hosting an Online Expert Day on Wednesday, October 23rd, through Thursday, October 24th, 2013! Mark this on your calendars!
If you are a customer with a support contract, then we would like to invite you to join us in the Service Manager Support Customer Forum on October 23rd to October 24th when HP product Experts will be online for 24 hours to answer questions regarding What's New with Service Request Catalog 9.32:
Service Request Catalog (SRC) is a component of Service Manager that allows customers to standardize and simplify their service request management. With SRC, customers can:
- Enable a fast, easy, and friendly process for end users and agents requests
- Define and maintain a standard set of user goods and services
- Support Self-service UI to reduce the service desk’s workload
- Create easy and holistic global search capabilities for everything related to service requests
- Provide tablet support for anywhere, anytime access
This topic includes:
- New features in 9.32
- New Upgrade Tool
What is an Online Expert Day?
Online Expert Day is an event when HP product, R&D, and support team members and other employees join our online forums to answer your toughest technical questions. Online Expert Days give you a chance to talk directly with the HP Experts.
How does the Online Expert Day event work?
Starting on October 23rd at 08:00 AM British Summer Time (03:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time / 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time / 3:00 PM China Standard Time), go to the Service Manager Support Customer Forum and post your questions. The Online Expert Day will end on October 24th at 08:00 AM British Summer Time (03:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time / 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time / 3:00 PM China Standard Time).
HP Experts will be online for 24 hours in the forum and will do their best to answer your questions. They may need to get some more information from you so please check the box "email me when someone replies". An online conversation will be born!
To participate, you do need access to the Service Manager Support Customer Forum.
If you don’t have access, please add your Support Agreement ID (SAID) to your HP Passport profile and log in again.
If you have a valid support contract and are still experiencing issues, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Absolutely! We do promote these events in various social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Vivit, etc.), and you are definitely encouraged to do the same.
