We are currently facing an integration issues from Email to Service Manager, that apparently OOB mechanisms cannot easily address.
Is there a way to attach all the contents of an email (as a single object) that is sent to a specific user account mail and has in the subject a specific interaction/incident/change ID to Service Manager? That is, what we would require is to store the entire email as a whole (in Outlook Message Format – msg ; eml; or any other format where all the contents and attachments of an email are stored in a single file) into a Service Manager interaction/incident/change, accordingly to the mail sent.
We know it is possible to fetch an email, via IMAP using Connect-It Mail Connectors but using this type of connector the best we can achieve is to fetch the body, subject and all attachments of an email separately, and not as a whole, so the real issue is how can we achieve such an attachment of the email in a single object (and not as a set of its components separately).

PS: We are using Service Manager and Connect-It 9.30 .
