Search Problem in KM

hello

I created a document in km external type, I have attached a pdf.

When I make a search of the contents of the document, I can not find anything.

Re: Search Problem in KM

In the Knowledgebase configuration record:

--is "index attachments" selected?

--is .pdf listed in the file types to exclude from indexing?

Re: Search Problem in KM

Hello,

- I have selected index attachments
- Pdf is not in the exclusion list

When I search, I found in documents of the Out of the Box, but not where I loaded it.

It is very strange.

Re: Search Problem in KM

What is the status of the document with the attached PDF?

If index attachments was not selected already, after selecting it you must do a full reindex.
