When one of my users saves attachment (of any ticket) in windows HPSM client the "Save as..." dialog opens up, he chooses the destinatination folder, presses "Save", file is successfully saved and then the dialog to save the same file opens again.
All users have the same client version: 9.20.02, but there is no such problem at my or any other user's side.
I asked him to reinstall client - no change.

I would assume that this isuer is connecting to HPSM through a Web Browser. You can check:
1. If the browser he is using is supported and if the version of the browser is supported.
2. If the browser is running any extra scripts that might cause this issue.

But this type of issue can not be specif to user , it should be of machine and did you tried with that user id on your machine ?
Also did you crosschecked the steps user is performing.
Assign Kudo, if found post useful and mark it accepted if solves the issue.

I cannot see with my own eyes and cannot let him login on my machine/login on his machine myself, because he is geographically located in a different place.
Is there something else I can check? java version maybe?
I will try checking another client version, thnx.
