Re: SRC not working after that upgrade SM7.10 to SM9.30

I've seen this message pop up a bit.  There's a few posts on these forums about it.  Are you connecting the SRC to the load balancer port?

Re: SRC not working after that upgrade SM7.10 to SM9.30

Log shows authentication failed.

I would check few things,

1) Server and port settings are correct

2) User name and password is correct and you are able to login to SM client using those credentials

3) SSL is turned-off on that port and if turned on then appropriate settings are made in SRC to connect securely

4) Port is not firewalled from the SRC server.

Re: SRC not working after that upgrade SM7.10 to SM9.30

I am having the same problem. However I am not migrating from 7.10 to 9.30. I just installed it. We want to test this module... but we can't.
By the way we are using LoadBalancer, at first we have put the port of loadbalancing, but then changed it...& still it didn't work.

Re: SRC not working after that upgrade SM7.10 to SM9.30

1) Server and port settings are correct
OK
2) User name and password is correct and you are able to login to SM client using those credentials
OK
3) SSL is turned-off on that port and if turned on then appropriate settings are made in SRC to connect securely
OK
4) Port is not firewalled from the SRC server.
OK

I did a test, when I turn on the SM930 database default, the SRC working normally, I've did it only for a test, but when I return for other database the problem return too.
