Re: Opening Known Error from Problem

Hi,

Sounds like there is something wrong with your Link record "screlate.rootcause.knownerror". Have you made any changes to it?

Best Regards,

Hi

Just curious if anything has changed on your system? Did you just start seeing this error ?

Re: Opening Known Error from Problem

I have made changes to the link 'screlate.rootcause.knownerror"

In the Pre Expression i have

$nm.ke.description.txt=strraw(description in $L.primary, "

")

then in the Source Field /Target Field Mapping

Source                              Target

description                       $nm.ke.description.txt

This is working in our TEST environment, unfortulately when i moved it to Production, we are getting signal 11 error
