New Change TTs created in SM 9.3 not visible in RC 9.2

Integrating SM 9.3 and RC 9.2, using oracle 11x database

 

Using IST Timezone with the format  with the following adapter settings

 

            serviceUrl=http://localhost:13081/sc62server/ws
            requiresUserCredentials=false
           
            userName=falcon
            password=
            startFrom=01/01/2011 00:00:00 IST

 

 

timeZone=IST
                            wsDateFormatPattern=dd-MM-yyyy'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS'Z'
                            queryDateFormatPattern=MM/dd/yy HH:mm:yy

 

getting this error message

 

2013-04-12 17:43:49,576 WARN                                               TimeZoneUtils.guessTimeZone:91    An exact time zone was not detected for the daylight saving duration: [0-0]. Using a custom time zone: Custom/GMT+5.0
