My to do list not displaying all the incidents which should appear there.

Hi,

 

'My To do list' in SM was earlier displaying all the incidents assigned to me. But now, only one is appearing in place of 6. If I update and save each incident, then they are appearing in the list again.

 

Can you please suggest me about why am I facing this issue and what should be done to resolve it?

Could you tell me if this happens in the web client and in case it is, did you try using a different browser?

Yes, it happening on web client and I have tried it in IE11 and Mozilla.

Do you see the same in the windows client? have you modifyed the query for that view?

When you say that you save the record and after that it appears in the list again, are you changing any data inside or just enter the record, click save, exit?

 

Maybe you have set some logic like person who saves the ticket gets it assigned to him or something like @first touch logic customized

Hi,

Yes.. the same issue is on WIndows client. And I have not modified any query.
The view was working fine till last week. This started happening all of a sudden.

While saving the record, i have to enter values in fields and then save, only then it appears in my to do list.

post the query of the view please. The records which you were saving were assigned to you before you saved.

H,

Your records in 'TodDO' table must be updated after update on ticket.
Below triggers on probsummary table are responsible for that.

after.probsummary.update.todo
after.probsummary.delete.todo
after.probsummary.add.todo

Check these.

You must see the sm.log file for any issue.

Records come from ‘todo' tables, it is possible that few records might not updated to ‘todo’ table due to failure of above triggers.

Is it happening for all new tickets also , then check for above triggers. Otherwise for your tickets only update them manually although these must not be in system in such state.
