We are using SM9.3
We do not have any time issue while raising or resolving the tickets. Only when the mail notification flows, it shows time lagging behind GMT +5:30 hours from the call creation / modification time.
We have already created tzfile as India in db, also we have specified all operators time zone as India, and also in nsystem informtion date info we have specified the India timezone.
Please help to rectify the mail notification time lagging issue.
