We are using SM 9.3.
We have mentioned all mail notifications and created forms for that. This was running smoothly until we did a format change.
We have backed up the old one and import the new forms. After that when we are changing the status of the ticket msg is showing as "Mail notification error : no format found" "us.notify" etc.
If we check in FD, template is there. Also in the notification, the forms are properly mentioned. But still mail is not flowing.
