It might help if you list the name of the other HP products as the integration for them can vary. It could be possible that the integration configuration has started on the other HP product as it tries to gain access to SM using the falcon id out of the box. If you know the other HP product, you could look up it's integration manuals on the Software Support Online, check the steps that mention the falcon id, and either disable the integration or update it with the new password. If the other HP software is installed on the SM box, you can find it's port information from the product manual and confirm that it is online if the port used by the product is listed as listening.

The issue seems to be rectified now it seems. I did not get any messages 'imnvalid login attempt......' today.
Solution: Got from another solved thread as was mentioned, commented out all triggers related to KM.
