Re: Incident is Resolved but throwing process panel error

Hello Basavaraj,

I noticed you created different threads at the same time about different issues.

Can you provide us more information about any changes you made on your system?

What version are you using? Was it working fine before?

You could also try reverting any changes to see if you notice any differences.

On this specific issue, as it was already mentioned please check line 8 looking for the problem there.

Regards,

Alex

Re: Incident is Resolved but throwing process panel error

Actualy, the error appears to reference the 8th validation in format control, not the 8th calculation. Note that it could be referencing either the Master FC record (same as tablename, normally) OR the format-specific FC (same as form name).

Re: Incident is Resolved but throwing process panel error

Hi Basavaraj,

have you done any changes or written new condition in FC? if so just try to revoke those changes then it should work.

Issue is clearly with the condition which you have written in FC. This may not be the exact line no in FC.

Assign Kudos this as helped you.

Madhan

Re: Incident is Resolved but throwing process panel error

Hi Basavaraj,

I checked and could not find any error.

Follow the below steps to confirm if FC is culprit.

Rename im.update.incident & probsummary of FC then try to reproduce the issue, to my knowedge it should not give u any error, if there is no error then try to reproduce the issue keeping one of the FC active(restoring the FC name) this will help you to drill down to check which FC is causing the issue.

As John stated, check your 8th validation in master or form level FC.

Re: Incident is Resolved but throwing process panel error

Hi Basavaraj,

Can you tell me the steps which was performed, the intention behind renaming it is making im.update.indicent and probsummary unavailable. there should not be any FC by im.update.indicent and probsummary.

Logout then reproduce, was this step performed?

because the error which you are getting is because of some error in FC.

Madhan

Re: Incident is Resolved but throwing process panel error

Hi ,

We can not upload these unl as might disturb our environment too.
just paste snap shot shot of 8th validation from both your FC.

Re: Incident is Resolved but throwing process panel error

Hi,

Why it is false in 'update' column ?
If false then error should not be there.
Post your query and calculation tab snap shot too of probsummary FC.
And exactly when do you got this error. while providing 'assignee.name' ?
