How to upgrade HP SM 9.30 to HP SM 9.32

Hi,

We have HP SM 9.30 server. We need to upgrade it o HP SM 9.32.

I have tried to apply the patch HPSM_00481.zip . But the HP SM version still shows 9.30 .

Is there any patch we need to apply to upgrade it to HP SM 9.32 ?

Or do we have a separate installer for HP SM 9.32 ?

Please advice .

Thanks,
Sreepriya

Hi

HPSM_00481.zip is only the 9.32 p1 web tier not the server

if you also want to upgrade server it depends on the OS but for windowsthat would be HPSM_00480.zip for example

I attached a link to HP's own SM 9.32 Upgrade guide for your reference.

There is no 9.32 iso. If setting up a new instance, you would need to start with 9.30 and upgrade to 9.32.

You need to install:

the 9.32 RTE

the 9.32 web tier

Upgrade to the 9.32 Applications using the Application Patch Utility

Re: How to upgrade HP SM 9.30 to HP SM 9.32

Hi Again John,

I am currently on 9.30.000 using PD CP1. When applying the Applications Patch, SM is complaining that the file patchreltocm1 does not exist...

Any clue?
