I am new to SM. Our system is 7.11
Days between 04.11.2011 and 09.11.2011 were holiday days in Turkey. Since I did not record to the system, the incidents SLA has breached.
I removed the sla breached flag from the sloresponse table, but the SLA Breached flag is checked on the incidents screen.
How can I remove the flag from the screen?
