Re: HELP IMPLEMENTING WORK ORDERS

There is a paper "Document Engine Guide" that has the step by step instructions, you can find it in the support self solve.

Re: HELP IMPLEMENTING WORK ORDERS

Mauricio.
The missing steps would apply to version 9.02 correct ??

The screen shown on the doc attached is not even similar to mine for the processes definition form.

Re: HELP IMPLEMENTING WORK ORDERS

Hello, go to Tailoting->Document Engine->States. Find "im.view" state. Then add row with parameters:
Display Action: task
Process Name: create.WorkOrder
Condition: true
Then go to Display Options and add record (see attachment).

Re: HELP IMPLEMENTING WORK ORDERS

Hi Anter,
Im sorry i dont think my description was clear enough.
The create task button is working now, it launches the Create New Work Order Wizard - 1
However after filling out the form and pressing next or finish, i get those error messages basically saying theres a problem with the wizard itself.

Hello Jgil, in attachment my "Create workorder-1" wizard.
Try to download it, if the problem is not solved, then the problem is not in wizard.
