Dublicate interactions by inbound e-mail with through SC Auto.

[ Edited ]

Hello.

SM 9.30

SC Auto 4.0.2

Users sends email to xxx@yyy.zz, then SM creates interaction via SC Auto.

Sometimes SM creates 2 interactions by 1 email, but in eventin have only 1 event.

This does not often happen, but the problem is. I can't understand and keep track of the reasons for duplication.

Someone had to deal with an issue, any ideas?

You should check the eventin instead of eventout.
Try to restart you scauto services and check log file at time of creation.

Do the emails which create multiple records have multiple attachments? I had a problem with separate tickets opening for each attachment (note that any images in signatures are processed as an attachment).

Piku,
mistake in the post. I mean eventin. Nothing interesting in SCAuto log.

John Stagaman,
No difference with attachments or not. Test messages with multiple attachments create 1 interaction.
