Re: Date of Request is displaying System time in CR

Are you using the same form for both types of changes?  Its possible that the standard change has its 'initiated on' date mapped to a different field.

If I had to guess, though, I would check your format control... specifically the calculations tab.  There might be a calculation firing to mark this field to today's date when it is displayed.

Re: Date of Request is displaying System time in CR

I need a little more information to help.  Does the other form have the same input value as the form in this screenshot (date.request)?  Have you checked the calculations tab on cm3r format control or the cm3r.closestandard format control?  Is this a custom field?

Hi,

Type fc in command prompt and look for records, cm3r.closestandard.close and cm3r.here you will see the calculation tab click on it and check for relevant calculations.

Re: Date of Request is displaying System time in CR

Thanks for everyone.

Finally we got solution.

The option is Tailoring -> Tailoring Tools -> Format Control -> Concern Form -> Calulations Tab -> orig.date.entered in $file=tod()                   *Removed* and        date.request in $file=tod()            *Removed*

Format Control is having the Scripts, Queries and Calculations while forms are loading.
