Which would suggest that there is a connectivity issue.
The screenshot shows the connection being made, but then there is another error that is obscured by the black line, and this is likely to be the root cause of the issue.
Can you provide a log showing the error, as this would help to see where the issue lies?
If there is an issue with the connection, either the IP, port, user, or password, that would explain this.

As Steve mentioned, additional information about the error message is needed to check what is happening.
Have you made any recent changes?

We have a problem with LDAP Connector.
Connection breaks and login again system you can check on log file
For Example : We have got 100 records on scenario . it can read 20 records and after that connection breaks after that login on system read 20 records and breaks again . when system connected second time start first records so we can only 20 records

What version are you using?
The log file you uploaded has no information about this error you are getting.
There are many documents with information about that specific error message: "Can't contact LDAP server"
I would recommend you to check your CIT version and then we could try to find it is something it was already reported or not.
