We need to configure multiple approvals for CM module , where we have configured the same in approvaldef, but unfortunately , the second level approval is not getting diplayed until the first approval is cleared.
Also we need to have a group of members for each approval group and any one can approve the request , but user is not getting the approval list in their approval inbox , through rights are provided in operator profile of the user.
1. added approval condition in approval def
2. added the new approval in CM approval phase.
3. added the member in CM group
4. user provided previlige to approve the request.

Do all approvals defined in the approval definition have the same sequence number?
If not, then the approvals are functioning as you have defined them: approvals of a lower sequence number must be completed before approvals of the next higher sequence can begin. To have all approvals performed concurrently, assign the same sequence number to all approvals in the Approval Def.

For first query follow John.
in second case , "user is not getting the approval list in their approval inbox"
OOB if group is there then only group name will be displayed not the individual operator id/name.
If you need each operator belong to that approval group then have to tailor the Yates . It is easy and can try below,
Assign Kudo, if found post useful and mark it accepted if solves the issue.

Thanks for your reply , i have attached the screen shot for your reference, the issue is the second approval is not at all visisble in the CR like other modules, though the approval sequence is defined in approval def.

It comes in future approval but we have 5 -6 first level of approval and all shoudl approve, but the screen shot displays as follows instead of displaying all the CM screen itself. the approval list is shown only after clicking on the approval screen in CR form.
Approvals are defined in approval def , but the sequence is not proper.
