CIT 9.51 and Java 1.7 problem: (-53) One or more connectors could not be opened

[ Edited ]

Hi all.

We have just upgraded our (fully working) CIT 9.31 installation to version 9.51, and the Java version from 1.6.37 to 1.7.11. Everything seemed fine at first, in the CIT Scenario builder the scenarios worked as they should when manually started.

However in the CIT Service console, when scenarios are started, they stop within some seconds. The logs show the following error (see log below).

Any tips or ideas would be very welcome :-).

Re: CIT 9.51 and Java 1.7 problem: (-53) One or more connectors could not be opened

Hi,

From the logs it shows that Service Manager Web Services conenctor did not open/connect correctly.

Try confgiuring SM connector and give it a shot.

Also set JAVA version in CIT console.

I think we can set it in "Options" or "Setings" menu.

We ended up downgrading to Java 1.6.38. That solved the problem.
