To place the alert open the respective phase and in "Alerts/Open and close behavior" Tab there is field where you can mention any numbers of alerts.
Create alerts by defining fields like below,
Name : <Any desired>
Schedule cond: open in $file=true
Schedule class : alert
Alert cond : open in $file=true
calc type : user field in record + interval
cal field : planned.start
cal interval : 3 00:00:00
In update info tab mentioned your notification name which will deliver mail to user.

Hello Piku !
I did all what you say, and create notification, bound it into alert, create script for logging all changes by my alert.
Problem is.. that alert works fine, log reported that alert is finished, but notification is not sended to recipients..
I watched in "eventout" - there was nothing.
I check all parameters that i previously recorded in my created alert and notification - all parameters through RAD Debugger displayed so as to need.
I don't know where I have to check...

I agree with Piku. To verify that the notification is even being called I would make the statement true. This will let you know if your statement is being called. If the Notification fires, then there is an issue with the condition of the notification.
One other thing, looking at the first picture. It looks like you are only calling the JS, but are not defining a function with the JS to be called.

Thank you all.
Notifications now sending correctly.
BTW - can you tell me how to make this allert to work once, while current.phase started ?
Need to do this alert workable after three days, if Change on approval phase will not be approved after three days have passed since the change of phase.

If you want you Alert to for fire off again with no user interactions happened. I would say you should created a 2nd alert definition and set the interval time to be + 3 00:00:00. Check to see is the change is still approval.status=pending
Not sure if that is what you are asking, but hope it helps some.

Piku, Arnold - thank you
Marked complete post of Piku as a solution.
need add to solution one thing - we need to create custon field in "cm3r" table for record "datetime" into this field on phase change.
Later we will use this custom field into our alert as a field for the calculations +3 00:00:00 - 3 days after phase is fire.
Thank you all for assist in solution of this issue.
