Support tip - Hot Issue resolved: Attachments are stored but not related to records

Today HP released a hotfix that resolves an issue in SM9.32 that breaks attachment functionality if the new Primary Key functionality introduced in SM9.32 is implemented.  Since this could potentially have very high impact to many of you, using this functionality, I wanted to make you aware of this.

 

::Symptoms::

Attachments are stored but not related to records.

 

::Solutions::

QCCR1E100033

Now, attachments can be related to records after fixing

the logic to retrieve the correct primary key value of

the table contacts.
